Baby M weighed in at 7 pounds 10 ounces and 19" long. She was jaundice and we had the pleasure (eye roll) of having to stay in the hospital an extra day for her to spend some time under the photo therapy lights. We finally got to take her home Monday the 4th.
Here is one of her hospital pictures:
Here is one of her photos from her newborn photo shoot that I took with my cell phone as my friend was doing her pictures.
To see more of her newborn photos you can go to Deborah Toole's Photography blog. =) She did awesome and I can't wait to see more of what she got that day. I will write up the longer version of the birth story later. It is pretty similar to Alligator's only much quicker. =)
Alligator loves her little sister, but doesn't really know why she's here still in the mornings when she wakes up. But she gives her kisses, gets upset when Baby M cries, tries to give her a pacifier any time she doesn't have one, and seems very curious any time I am breastfeeding her. So far all is going pretty well!! More updates and pictures to come soon.
Like I have said a million times before I love her and she's beautiful! Can't wait to meet her. The thought of Alligator trying to be sweet to her sister makes my heart melt.
